AKA, Boity, Kwesta React To Tragic Wits Protest: Celebrities like AKA, Boity, Kwesta and others have reacted to the recent clash between the police and students at Wits – read as the University of Witwatersrand.

This outrage of violence has got Mzansi talking and angry. Ordinary folks and notable figures alike have also spoken up about the incident.

Tweeting about the protest, Kwesta, who also used the broken heart emoji, said that people would be killed if they should stand up to the authorities. He also made a comment that soon enough a minister would try to distract the public from the disaster that was the handling of the Wits protest.

AKA is of the opinion the police do not discriminate in firing at students, whatever their political affiliations. The Wits protest is is currently trending in South Africa with the hashtag #WitsProtest.
