Moozlie to lose car after failing to pay instalments

Nomuzi Mabena who is popularly known by the stage name, Moozlie faces car repossession after failing to pay the complete fee.
According to Daily Sun, the lender is set to take the rapper to court, and has filed papers with the high court.

Moozlie’s instalments were roughly R8416 which she’s failed to pay for several months. She’s allegedly fallen behind with payments of the BMW to a value amounting to R37k.

“Despite lawful written demand, the defendant failed to make payments of the arrears. The plaintiff has elected to cancel the instalment sale agreement, take repossession of the vehicle, and claim the difference between the outstanding balance set out in paragraph 5 above and any amount realised from the sale of the vehicle in future.”
